He's only ever had fun by himself. But even that fun gets old fast, just to be tossed aside. He's not sure how to TRULY pass his time. And within the true chaos is where all things collide and blend into nothing.
(Visually, it could be a big ball of magic energies with hands coming out)
I'd say Pinkie is the Lovers (projects a constant facade of happiness to conceal self, because they're convinced nobody would like them the way they are). Twilight: Hermit? (In seclusion, she found power- but also a still-lingering resentment of other ponies and a yearning for unending solitude). Rarity: ...tough one. Empress? (An agent of creation of art and business, yet so paralyzed by fear of taking the wrong actions that she never does anything).
I also already did Rainbow Dash, and just looking at what it represents the Chariot is perfect. Conquest, Victory, Energy, Egocentrism, Self confidence, Conviction, Anxiety, Willpower, Recognition, Impulsivity, Bravery and Pride
Twilight I also had in my mind as the Fool, mostly because she's the protagonist, but also because the fool represents infinite potential and search of wisdom, also it's a blank slate, and twilight often acts very differently depending on which character she's with and what the situation is.
I was gonna do Trixie next, I was thinking the Magician, not because that already makes sense, but also because it represents independence, self confidence, personal power and manipulation. The shadow... well I have a good idea.
Not to sure about most of them, I was thinking rainbowdash would want attention more than anything else, fluttershy wants to be liked by everthing and rarity is just better than everyone else. (these sound generic and obvious, but it would be taken to extremes.) also I want to do trixie but I cant decide wither she would hate herself or love herself.
Interesting! I dunno about Rarity; I'd almost say her perfectionist streak would manifest as more of a, "/I'm/ what's really filthy and disgusting and horrible oh gosh so unclean!" than anything. Rainbow Dash's shadow would probably chew her out for being a "fake", too, while I'm at it.
Twilight's clearly got some self worth issues; look at how quickly she assumes her friends and her mentor are ready to abandon her over the season.
I did rainbow's already ([link]) I went for more of she cares more about herself and her own ego than her friends, (she can be a little insensitive). Also I am only doing the initial encounters with the shadows for now, they usually represent something much deeper that what you first thought they did. (I like the idea for the rarity one, realizing that she's pretty despicable and has almost never shown any redeeming qualities)
My next one,(finished the sketch, haven't posted it yet) I actually got a very confused, I wanted to do one for luna, but then I wanted to do one for nightmare moon, but then I read past sins and could not get nyx out of my head, but all three are kinda the same pony, and all of them are very confused, but very different personalities. So I went with very sad and guilty luna, very confused and lonely nyx, and nightmare moon's anger and bitterness kinda hanging over them. This one I might just do a separate version without words or a channel or the tv effect, because I really do like the drawing itself.
I'm thinking about writing a Ponysona 4 fanfiction soon, and I was wondering: would it be okay if I used this idea? I stumbled upon this by accident but it is exactly what I thought Pinkie's shadow would be like, and I don't want to seem like I'm copying your idea without asking first
Sure, that sounds awesome, I do have a few more I want to do, the other main characters, and maybe Trixie (I just want to get inside that head). I wish you luck, remember, if it exists it is our duty to make it pony.
